Veteran choreographer Saroj Khan died of a cardiac arrest early on Friday. She was 72 years outdated.
Khan was admitted to Bandra East’s Guru Nanak Hospital after complaining of respiratory difficulties on June 20. Her nephew Manish Jagwani advised PTI, “She handed away as a result of cardiac arrest at round 2.30 am on the hospital.”
The final rites of Saroj Khan can be carried out at Malvani in Malad, Mumbai right now.
Saroj Khan, the three-time Nationwide Award winner was credited for choreographing greater than 2,000 songs. Her listing of credit embody iconic numbers resembling ‘Dhak Dhak Karne Laga’ from Beta (1992), ‘Ek Do Teen’ from Tezaab (1988), ‘Hawa Hawai’ from Mr India (1987) and plenty of extra.
Bollywood mourned the demise of the legendary choreographer. “Woke as much as the unhappy information that legendary choreographer #SarojKhan ji is not any extra. She made dance look straightforward nearly like anyone can dance, an enormous loss for the business. Could her soul relaxation in peace,” wrote Akshay Kumar.
